I feel SO behind on blogging! Apologies!
Besides mom of 3, mom duties, and babysitting 2 days a week - I finished up editing a newborn photography session and also have been learning about my new endeavor - which is being a consultant for Usborne Books.
And every tuesday night I spend about an hour or so preparing for our weekly wednesday grocery shopping trip (because wed is double coupons day). It has been awesome to save so much grocery money. My weekly shopping expense has only been in the $70's for an entire weeks worth of food for our family. I expect that to get lower as I continue to stockpile the sales and eventually only need to buy whats is on sale. I'm excited for tomorrow... I have a huge stack of coupons. :) I'll have to update on my savings!
Anyway, life is great, as usual. We have our ups/downs as a family/parents, but I just feel so blessed and happy having my husband, 3 precious children and our families and friends.
Aaron is 3 months old today! He is rolling from back to tummy all the time. He is starting to giggle and laugh more and more. He also, just tonight, was really mastering grabbing toys! He was sitting up against the couch and I was putting toys in front of him and he was purposefully looking and grabbing the toys. Sometimes it goes to his mouth but other times he has it in his grip but isn't quite sure what to do with it. He is also constantly trying little baby crunches to sit up. I think he will be sitting maybe by 5 months old. He is not real regular on sleeping thru the night. I think last night he was up every 3-4 hours and then some nights he will sleep like 7 hours. I never know lately. I think its getting closer to him needing a bedtime too. Since I nurse him in bed at night it isn't a drag to get up to feed him, however having his own room for naps will be nice soon since we are in/out of our bedroom during the day. Once the carpet is in the basement we can make all the room adjustments.
Nicholas and Celia are finally getting their 2 year molars in. They really teeth late. They are talking a whole lot. Nicholas is in the 'Hear Dat mommy?" stage (if there is such a stage). He will hear crickets at night and say "Hear dat mommy?" with his hand to his ear. I showed them a youtube video of cicadas one hot day when the cicadas were chirping. So when he hears them he says "Hear dat mommy?". So yesterday he was walking down the hall and he tooted. He stops, puts his hand to his ear and says (very seriously) "Hear dat mommy? Toots!" And then he toots again and walks away. so funny!
They are both pretty much potty trained (did i mention that recently??), but they are also almost night trained. Nicholas now calls out at night if he needs to pee and Celia has started that at nap time too. They wear underwear to nap now and a pull-up to bed, but the pull-ups are rarely wet in the morning, so I reuse them if they are clean for a couple nights. I think when they are in their new beds in a few weeks I may start just having them try underwear. I think they may do very well. Funny how we gained a baby in diapers, but lost 2 in diapers. Thanks heavens! :)
Celia has caught up a lot in her speaking. She tends to lisp her 's' sometimes, so I've been trying to practice with her on that. She can say it properly, but needs a reminder right now. I have fun braiding her hair and trying new hairstyles on her. She will sit nicely and apply chapstick over and over while I work on her hair. :) She is so very keen to observe people too. I will catch her mimicking my facial expressions, tones, etc. This past weekend her and Nicky were playing in the backyard and she saw our neighbor, Fred, walking around with a pail picking weeds out of his lawn. So she went in the garage and got a pail and started walking around the yard putting leaves and grass in her pail. She's one strong little girl. She did 3 pull-ups at the park this last week. I want to sign her up for a toddler gymnastics class this fall. I think I'll maybe sign them both up. She is physically gifted in her coordination and strength.
I have so many cute pictures to add on here, but a couple videos will have to do for now.
What a nice long update! :) Love the videos and all the info. It makes me feel like I'm right there and getting to experience it with you guys first hand! :)

Really cute video's. Can't get over how quickly Aaron is growing and how well he continues to do. Absolutely loved the cooking show! The speaking is going very well. Miss you guys.
