Nicholas and Celia are really enjoying singing lately. They're so cute when they sing! One favorite song... 'Wheels on the Bus'. I hope I'm not drowning out their voices in this video. They have been super gentle and loving with Aaron. They've had their moments, but on the other hand, they are 2 and just went through a big change this week. I'm super happy with them and its fabulous to have 3 babies.
And a short clip of Aaron awake for our family unable to see him in person yet. He has been such a wonderful newborn this first week. Today was my due date. I'm so happy I was able carry him to week 39 (just barely ha ha). I'm already noticing that full term babies are easier than preemies. Nicholas and Celia were 35 wkrs and they spit up more, were difficult to nurse and wanted to eat more often. I know every baby is different though. Aaron, so far, nurses every 2-3 hours in the day and has been going 4 hour stretches at night. He sleeps right in the co-sleeper next to my side of the bed so I nurse him in bed at night. It allows me to get so much more sleep and feel more normal in the day. He's growing fast too! This baby sure has huge hands and feet. Saturday he was already 8lbs 2 oz. He had grown 7 ounces in 2 days - and the pediatrician said 2 oz a day is very good for a newborn. He has been so sweet and cuddly. We call him 'squishy'. lol
We grow so fast. . .

oh, I love seeing Aaron on video! He is squishy :). I can see Nicholas in him, but yet he has his own look too. Love his big hands and feet and also how alert he is. ANd N&C singing the wheels on the bus is super cute. K&B love that one too. Your house seem so quiet and calm for having three kids all under three living there - lol.

Oh I just want to cuddle and "squish" Aaron after seeing that video. He is so darn cute and cuddly. I want another baby now...okay well maybe not, but a girl can dream.

ReplyDeleteLove the singing! I remember singing that son with your Mom (yes, we had songs way back then). Loved hearing Aaron sigh at the very end of the video. He has those beautiful eyes! Thanks for sharing via video clips.
