The name 'Celia' means heaven, and she definitely is that to me. She has grown into such an amazing little girl. Her spunk, confidence, kindness and energy is wonderful. Some of you may know that when Celia was a newborn I had trouble bonding with her at first. It bothered me for so long that I felt that way. I've come to find this is common with preemies and also common with twins. Perhaps from the fear of having such a tiny little 3 lb 14 oz baby I protected myself from the fear of something happening to her. I had the joy of
falling in love with her.
Anyway...luckily I was able to get some pictures of her since she is usually such a difficult one to photograph since she moves so fast. She was almost running down the sidewalk and giggling and pointing towards Grandma and Grandpa's house (so we had to go back and call Grandma to see if we could come over). I think she is just beautiful :)

ReplyDeleteShe is a cutie-patootie Jill! I too had a hard time bonding with Jake at first. He had terrible colic and it stressed me to the max. Now I've fallen so hard for both these guys. I guess you could say I'm crushing! *L* What a special post to your baby girl. :)
