One Nap & FBF (Flashback Friday)

Well, I think we are down to one nap now. Last sunday they ended up taking one nap and did alright, so it just kind of happened to follow through the rest of this week. They have been getting up at 7:30/8am (but even slept until 9:15am one morning this week!). Then after lunch at 11:30 they have been laying down for their afternoon nap of 12noon to 2:30ish. Then regular bedtime of 7pm. So far so good. The morning seems long without that nap though.
This morning I took them to Costco for a few things and they didn't have any carts in the parking lot so I had to carry them in each arm into the store. lol I think people felt bad for me carrying two toddlers like that. But I do love those double seater carts!
Tonight Jason grilled hamburgers on our new grill. We finally were able to get a good deal on a Weber grill since the one we got for our wedding was seriously biting the dust! This was the first time we have offered N&C hamburger and they loved it. Celia surprised me by eating more hamburger than Nicholas!
Anyway, here are our flashback pics for the week. Its so amazing to look at them marveling in a link and trying so hard to hold their heads up for tummy time. I believe they are about 5 months in the photos.

Boy, I bet you were a sit carrying them through the parking lot!!!! :)
Love the pictures, they are studying those links so hard! Isn't it amazing how quick they learn?

  2. I remember when you originally posted these photos (at TMMB?)! They are so adorable and you can just see those wheels turning as they work on the mat. ;)

  3. Wow how funny! It seems so long ago when Celia was being "forced" to do tummy time and we were so excited when they grasped a toy! Now I am in the same boat with Lauren cheering her on when she rolls over, coos and even poops!

  4. They look so cute and chubby in these pictures, especially Nicholas. So adorable! I have that same problem too at Costco sometimes, I hate it when there aren't carts out, I've driven around the parking lot a few times just waiting for one. And then I usually end up with the one with busted seat belts :). Glad your nap transition is going well for you!

  5. So cute Jill! I can't believe C's eyes were already so beautifully blue at that age. It took almost 9 months for the boys eyes to finish turning brown.
