Nicholas thought it was a lot of fun to have me guide his foot to kick the ball, but some ants caught his attention and he preferred to look at them for a while (very typical of his personality).
Its SO fun to watch two children grow and show their interests and personalities at the same time.
Tonight Jason and I agreed on a new baby carrier. I needed something which could carry a heavier child. We use a Baby Bjorn Active right now which has been awesome up until now. However now with their weights near and above 20 lbs, its getting more uncomfortable on my shoulders. And now that I think about it, the Bjorn goes to 22 or 26 lbs only, I think? We decided to go with the Ergo carrier. It can carry the child (up to 40 lbs, but tested up to 90 lbs) on your front, back or hips. I will most likely use it on the back. I need something like this so I can go places with them where our double stroller does not fit, or is not as useful. Like:
* The Dr's office so I can wear one and push the other in an umbrella stroller.
* Going Grocery shopping - I wear one and push the other in the cart seat.

Look at Celia kicking that ball!! She was doing great!! (and they both look so cute in their little hats!!!!!!) So fun!
ReplyDeleteShe is a little Mia Hamm :). That is too cute. And it looks like it's still kinda cold there by the way you guys are dressed, I bet it's a nice cold though. That Ergo carrier looks cool, I think I've seen people wearing those before. It will be nice to only have to push a single stroller when you are shopping.
