Well, Nicholas certainly has an eye for the ladies! My friend Julie came over last night and he practically ran to her when she came in. He is usually quite shy with people, but he was seriously flirting with her all night. Usually when he does something funny he will look at me or something, but instead he was looking to Julie. It was too cute!
Nicholas is also in-love with the 'Neighborhood Animals' dvd. It is a Baby Einstein Dvd. His face just lights up when it comes on T.V. I have it checked out from the library, but I keep renewing it because he loves it. When he is cranky to eat and dinner is not done, I can put the dvd in and it keeps him happy. Celia likes it too, but she is such a doer that she doesn't sit long enough to watch that much. :)

AND we got our photo back from Hobby Lobby all framed! We just love how it turned out!!! It is a black frame, but it reminds me of a New Orleans type style. I have to think if we should accent the wall with something else, so if you have any ideas - let me know!

That is the exact same reaction I get from Brody when I turn on Baby Einstein! How funny! And I love the picture, it turned out great with the frame and it looks so good on your wall! Maybe you can put scones on either side, or some sort of wrought iron scrolls in the same finish as the frame, or other small framed pictures (I'm only saying that because you said to put ideas, but I think it looks great if you just leave as is too!). What a great picture of Celia & Nicholas!

ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures of the babies! I love it. I want to blow up a picture of Lindy in b & w or sephia and hang it up. I thought about having a bunch framed and putting them down the hallway. I thought the same thing as Joanna. Maybe doing some sconces on each side. If you look on line some decoraters use the decorative small shelves and hang them random from each other and put small things up there. I hung sconces with tall candles on them in my other house.

Your picture is beautiful!! I guess I was about to say the same as as Joanna. I was thinking of a couple candle or light sconces on either side that would match the frame. I am SURE you can get them at Hobby Lobby. Which brings me to my next comment.. you have HOBBY LOBBY?!?! I am so envious!! We don't have one:(
