Well, after only hearing the book 2x Celia could point to certain pictures when asked. She knew to point to pineapple, ant, and monkey. I am not trying to brag about my daughter, just saying, I think she is a bright and quick learner.

And Nicholas is finding his boy-niche. He is truely enjoying Cars. He likes looking out the front window watching cars drive by periodically. And he found in a color book a picture of a car. So today he was holding the book open to the car page and also looking for cars at the same time. Quite a smart connection, I think. Its cute to see him like cars like some little boys do. :)
And just a picture of Nicholas being cute tonight after his nighttime bottle. :) At night he will cuddle and Celia is squirmy because she just wants to go to bed. :)

They are so smart! That is such a good thing that they are associating objects with words. Kat & Brody are now starting to get into being read to and want me to read the same book over and over again. I love this stage as they are learning new things. And I love the cuddler picture, Brody is my cuddler too. If I even tried to cuddle with Kat she would play with my hair, twist and turn, and try to do a flip out of my arms :).
ReplyDeleteNo cuddling from either of my guys. :( They both try to "escape" while I smother them with kisses. I guess I need to have another and hope for a cuddler this time!
ReplyDeleteGreat about C and the book. Mine just laugh at the pictures and then eat the book. A few books have been torn in half too. Sad... :( Way to go N&C!!

ReplyDeleteBrandon is our cuddly baby too:) If we want to cuddle with Faith, we have to do it while she is sleeping and doesn't know. LOL
