Yucky weekend

Celia seems to have caught a little stomach bug. Saturday night when my parents, sister and her fiance were over, Celia ended up throwing up her dinner and night bottle. So Grandma Maus gave her a bath while I cleaned up. Then after some fresh jammies I put her to bed since she was tired. I went into her room and offered her a bottle at 10pm thinking she would be hungry, but she only drank 2 oz before she was getting upset at me for interupting her sleep.
She slept from 7pm to 7:50 am then.
Sunday morning she seemed better. She ate scrambled eggs, cereal, and some kiwi fruit for breakfast. Then napped from
9:45-11:30.
but at lunch she was not interested. She ate a little bit, but then threw up on her highchair tray.

As she was having the heaves on her highchair tray, Nicholas thought she was being funny and was laughing at her so hard. I felt so bad for her! Nicholas didnt have any clue that she was sick - just thought his sister was putting on a little show for him. Does Karma work for babies too??? If so, nicholas better watch out! lol

So after another bath and new clothes, i brought out the Pedialyte and had her keep sipping that all day. She took a nice afternoon nap from 1:30-2:45. She wasnt real interested in dinner either, but ate scrambled eggs, some tofu and then crackers. Nicholas was really cranky tonight, but he is also chewing a lot on the teether where his 2nd tooth is coming in, so it might be teething. Anyway, they were both fit-to-be-tied by 6:15 so we gave them their night bottles and put them to bed. They were sleeping by 6:30pm.
Celia has woken up 2x already (it is 9:30). The first time I just put in her nuk and rocked her and laid her back down. The second time she just cried about 15 sec and its been quiet. So, we'll see what tonight brings. Hopefully not too much. She needs some more nice sleep. hopefully she feels better tomorrow. And then we'll see if Nicholas gets it too?
